The roll command lets you roll virtual dice for roleplay purposes. Results are visible to everyone in the room.

Usage:

  roll d              Roll basic dice
  roll d        Roll using a dice item

Parameters:

     - Number of dice to roll (1-10)
    - Number of sides per die (2-100)
    - Optional dice item from your inventory

Examples:

  > roll 2d6
  You roll two six sided dice...
     3
     5
  You end up with a total of 8.

  > roll 1d20 ruby dice
  You roll one twenty sided vivid red ruby die...
     14
  You end up with a total of 14.

Dice Items:

Collectible dice items change the visual presentation of your rolls with different colors and effects. Some dice have special properties:

  Gemstone Dice   - Amethyst, Sapphire, Diamond, Emerald, Jade, Ruby
  Material Dice   - Bone, Ebony, Metalwork, Pearl, Willow Wood
  Special Dice    - Prismatic (random colors), Slime (alternating green),
                    Marble Sapphire, Onyx Emerald

Use look to examine dice items in your inventory.
