Help for commerce (common skill group)

The commerce skills cover trade, negotiation, and economic efficiency.
Each skill is learned independently.

Skills:

  Appraise             Check the gold value of any item for free.
  Haggle               Passive: 5% discount when buying, 5% bonus when selling.
  Improved Haggle      Passive: 10% discount when buying, 10% bonus when selling.
  Master Haggle        Passive: 30% discount when buying, 25% bonus when selling.
  Locate Merchant      Find the nearest merchant from your current location.
  Market Sense         Analyze local market conditions for better deals.
  Trade Connections    Passive: unlock access to special trade goods.
  Bulk Discount        Passive: discount when buying 5 or more of the same item.
  Patron's Purse       Invoke your patron's purse for extra funds.

Price Modifiers:

  Haggle skills are cumulative - each tier replaces the previous:
    Haggle:          Buy -5%, Sell +5%
    Improved Haggle: Buy -10%, Sell +10%
    Master Haggle:   Buy -30%, Sell +25%
