.: Help for auction

The auction command allows you to auction items to other players or bid on items being auctioned.

Usage:

  auction               - View the current auction (if any)
  auction        - Start an auction for an item in your inventory
  auction bid  - Place a bid on the current auction
  auction history      - View past auction results

Starting an Auction:

When you auction an item, you will be prompted to confirm and set a minimum bid amount. The item is removed from your inventory during the auction.

Bidding: 
- You cannot bid on your own auction
- Bids must exceed the current highest bid
- Gold is deducted when you place a bid
- If outbid, your gold is returned

Winning: 
- The highest bidder wins when the auction ends
- The item is added to the winner's inventory
- The seller receives the gold in their bank
- If no bids are placed, the item returns to the seller

Channel Settings:

Use config channel auction  to control where auction notifications appear. See help channels for more information about channel configuration.
